Acceptance of Terms
By making use of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We are free to alter or append the same at our own will without any prior notice. Interpretation
- Customer / You - any individual or entity that purchases the Services of the Company.
- We/ Us/ Company - the service provider or proficient contractors on behalf of the company.
- Service / Services - any activity or package that is ordered by the Customer.
- Cleaner / Cleaners - workers who are subcontracted to work.
- Heavily Soiled - a great deal of dirt, dust, or grime, which is more than is expected at home.
- Managing Agent - real estate representative in charge of tenancy management.
- Premises - property that requires cleaning.
- Vacate Standards - standard of cleanliness that is prescribed by the Managing Agent under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Act 2008.
- Reasonable Endeavours - maximum efforts that are used in the situations that exist.
General Provisions
All the agreements between the Customer and the Company are governed by the Terms and take priority over any other documents, discussions or arrangements.
Conduct and Behaviour
Our employees would like to treat us with respect. Neither will there be harassment, threats, intimidation, offensive language, racism or defamatory remarks. Where that occurs, we shall be entitled to cancel Services without refund and may resort to legal redress.
Inclusions and Exclusions

Pricing and Quotes
- Prices are dependent on the average size of the property and typical conditions.
- The changes may occur in case of a discrepancy between descriptions and the actual case, which includes additional rooms, blinds, or excessive soiling.
- Small houses (under 2 bedrooms) have prices which cover the cleaning of one sliding door panel and four windows. Larger (more than 2-bedroom) houses are equipped with 2 sliding doors and eight windows.
- Over time, inaccessible locations, key collection charges, and parking charges are optional.
- Very dirty houses may require additional time, machinery or supplies.
- Before any change is started, it will be reported. The revised pricing must then be accepted, and then payment must be made before going any further. Some of the assurance can be influenced by the unwillingness to make adaptations.
Access to Property
- The customers must ensure that it is available, such as electricity, running water and accessibility of all the areas that require cleaning.
- A non-access fee is imposed in the event of the refusal of access ($40 per hour, up to a maximum amount of the job).
- Key collection arrangements can be done at a fee of 40 per 10km.
- Inaccessible locations may be charged with an appointment fee or a Cancellation fee of $70.
- Before it, furniture weighing more than 5kg should be moved. The absence of this will cancel cover within the affected areas.
- The standards of living, rubbish, and fragile objects must be swept off. We do not assume any liability for damage to objects not vacated before cleaning.
- The Customer is ruling in our favour to make photographs so that we guarantee quality and a report.
Postponement
- Same-day Rescheduling costs an extra fee of $70. They are also able to retain the whole booking value as collateral.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation after booking: administration fee of $50.
- Cancellation is less than 72 hours prior to the job date: Fee of $ 100.
- less than 24-hour cancellation: a fine of 200 dollars.
- Same-day cancellations due to safety reasons, dangerous circumstances, or access denials will also result in applicable fees.
- We are allowed to re-book or cancel when the conditions of the property we have mentioned are not as stated, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payments
- Full payment must be paid prior to commencing unless there is a specification to the contrary, in writing.
- The booking will be subject to legitimate credit card details. Minimum $50 deposit applies.
- Bank transfers must be used to prove remittance. Approve three business days after receipt of the grant.
- Due balances within a month will require a charge of 250 and 5 per cent. of the invoice value annually.
- The Customer will be forced to incur other expenses of recovery, like legal charges.
- The payments in the form of chargeback or dishonoured attract a 25 per cent administration fee plus interest. Recovery agents are employable in case of need.
- Accountability in payment should be guaranteed in an official work order in the case of agency or government orders.
Claims and Complaints
- Claims of damage or unsatisfactory outcome must be in writing and within 24 hours of the accomplishment.
- Customers must allow inspection prior to the implication of third parties.
- Liability does not apply to old fixtures that are subject to breakages or wear and tear.
